    One of the best kept secrets in the north eastern suburbs, - low fees, yet they have a number of staff working at any given time. People are very friendly there and the trainers very helpful. They have a large area for fitness classes, a women's only gym within the gym, a room devoted to "spin" classes, private training area and a large area for free weights and circuit training along with the usual cardio bikes, steppers, treadmills and so forth. Pleasantly surprised.
